Step-by-Step Ordering Process

1. Inquiry & Product Selection

Start by contacting us via WhatsApp or email with your requirements.
Let us know:

  • The type of products you need (e.g. summer wear, winter clothing, kidswear, etc.)
  • Quantity (minimum order quantity applies)
  • Destination country and port

We’ll share available stock options, photos, bale composition details, and pricing based on your needs.

2. Quotation & Confirmation

Once your product selection is finalized, we will provide:

  • A detailed proforma invoice
  • Pricing (FOB or CIF as per your choice)
  • Estimated delivery timeline
  • Payment terms

Your confirmation on the order will help us initiate the processing and documentation phase.

3. Payment Process

We accept payment via bank transfer to our official company account in Japan.
Standard payment terms:

  • 50% advance to begin processing
  • 50% before shipment (once packing and inspection are complete)

Payment terms can be adjusted for returning or bulk clients upon mutual agreement.

4. Sorting, Packing & Inspection

Our team begins sorting and packing your order, ensuring:

  • Accurate categorization by type, season, and quality
  • Neat compression and baling
  • Clean labeling and photo confirmation (upon request)

You may request a video/photo confirmation of the packed shipment before dispatch.

5. Shipping & Documentation

We arrange shipping from the nearest port in Japan, with:

  • Export documents
  • Packing list & invoice
  • Bill of Lading (B/L)
  • Any special certificates required by your customs

We coordinate with your freight forwarder or can connect you to a trusted shipping agent if needed.

6. Delivery & After-Sales Support

After the shipment is dispatched, we provide tracking updates until it reaches your destination port.
We stay in touch to assist with:

  • Customs clearance questions
  • Receiving support
  • Reorder or feedback

🌏 Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Our MOQ typically starts at 20 FT container load (approx. 12–13 tons) for sorted clothing bales. For Raw Materials MOQ typically starts at 40 FT, HQ container load. Custom arrangements for mixed or trial orders may be considered based on availability.
